3 Hour Vitreous Enamelling Course For IF Oxford Science

Join us for a professional and intimate metal enamelling course where you will learn the basics skills of non-leaded vitreous enamelling on metals over 3 hours. The course will be taught by Lucy Riveiros in her own workshop. You will be shown how to prepare your copper and silver discs for enamelling, then learn sifting and wet packing on pre-made prepared discs, completing your piece for taking home. The discs can be made into a pendant or keyring. All materials will be provided including use of the tools and kiln, and items can be taken home when complete (additional materials can be added at additional cost). Discover the fun and brilliance of colourful vitreous enamel and wearable art!

The day consists of 3 hours each, 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm

Alternatively you can purchase a spectator ticket to just view without taking part in the making, which will include £10 off any enamel pieces purchased!

All tools, benches, applications and knowledge to create jewellery items for the course work will be included in the lessons and onsite. If you require specific help or to learn a particular skill please to email prior on hello@luciagoldsmiths.com and we will try to accommodate as best we can in most circumstances. Minimum age is 18, or 16 accompanied by an adult 18 or over.
